Geordie Kieffer is outstanding in this well written,content- filled drama about a vet and his normal day leading into twists and turns arriving at a thought provoking ending. I had never seen Geordie perform before, LOVED his performance, loved every word written in the script...the play is short and the time flew. I sat in my seat at the end and didn't want to move...just think about the experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! :)... full review

An intriguing story told by a veteran of war. It is entertaining and makes you question how you perceive people and incidents we typically do not think about. I highly recommend it.... full review

This quiet little story packs a punch. Geordie Kieffer's portrayal is quiet, assured and lures you in. I won't say more - don't want to give anything away. I'd recommend seeing it.... full review

A moving one-man show. The young actor held the stage for a full 45 minutes. I would recommend it to anyone. Timely theme: returning veteran trying to fit back in. Quirky, imaginative and then--sad. ... full review

My husband and I just saw The Backpack. We were very impressed with Geordie Kieffer in this one man show. He was able to command the stage and keep two interesting story lines moving forward in a compelling way. We look forward to following Geordie Kieffer's career and seeing him in his next show.... full review
