What I liked

Great story based on real life events. Great actors. Funny, surprising and poignant. I appreciated the over-the-top moments, in fact, I could have used more of them.

Also, it was just fascinating information about what happened when conservative, pious people tried to censor creative expression and the outcome of said hearings. You might be surprised.

What I didn't like

The production was probably a bit under-rehearsed, but this was a preview in the fringe festival, after all. I imagine subsequent shows will be tighter.

My overall impression

See it! Enjoyable presentation of material, characters and what amounts to a head-shaking moment in music industry history.
