My overall impression

A one woman show, commanded by Casey Gates, is a series of vignettes in which Casey takes on a smorgasbord of characters, each having a different interaction with yoga. Some were spiritual, some scratched the surface of meditation with hilarity, some were quite tragic.
The show is very interactive and is fed by audience participation; I was asked to “Om,” rub my belly, smile, clap, and answer as a group!
One thing I missed was a glimpse into who Casey is and everything that is her. I wanted more of her own voice and sweetness in her manifestation of her “Higher Self.” A delightful performance and experience.
