This show is a must-see! It is so refreshing to see a play with such a new take on love, technology and morality. I think this play is fresh, fun and tragically hysterical. It really pushes the envelope and I was thoroughly impressed. I would definitely see it again. How can humans find love in this fast-paced technologically advanced world we live in? Duh... sex bots. Bravo to the cast and crew. ... full review

A wonderful play with wonderful performances from everyone in the cast. Highly entertaining, hysterically funny, and deeply moving. Good theater should be as provocative as it is entertaining and Mr. Crittenden finds the perfect balance here. I was thinking about it long after blackout. The Amitycode is sure to be a highlight of your festival experience. Go see it!... full review

Well-written, funny, heart-wrenching, and very topical/relevant all in one play. The show had me laughing, crying, and self-reflecting all in the span of 60 minutes. I also can't speak highly enough about the quality of acting by the four cast members. Highly recommend!!... full review

Crittenden’s “Pete” stitches together a female Frankenstein with coding rather than sutures to repair his own broken heart. And as with most mad scientists, his own heightened needs supersede the ethics of using his skills in the timeless quest for something more perfect than human. I had a great time at this fast-paced and fun sit-com feeling comedy tightly directed by Nick Cimiluca and smoothly executed by the ensemble cast. All four actors were wonderfully live and loose and grounded within the story. Crittenden’s a blast as the ambitious and self-conscious, overthinking brainiac. Ky Soto has a fantastic, easy stage presence and earns big laughs as Pete’s best friend with a polar personality. Sarah Johnston delivers a superb, heartfelt sp... full review
