In this workshop, Sofie will discuss her own personal strategies for getting to her authentic self, getting to that happy state and creating life balance. Sofie brings her own unique perspective from growing up bi in an interfaith multicultural Mexican/Pakistani family, navigating the rough streets of Chicago as a teenager, traveling the world and surviving domestic violence.

This workshop will be packed with activities to help you:

- Embrace that you are a freaking human being!
- Realize the difference between “pleasure” and “meaning,” and understanding what makes you feel important is not the same as what makes you happy
- Create an action plan to bring more freaking happiness into your life
- Develop practices to live life more fully by overcoming stress, anger, fear, and frustration so you can go on wit yo bad self!
