What I liked

Great Acting of a Smart, Subtle Script!

What I didn't like

Seemed a bit long, but what could possibly be excised?

My overall impression

The oddly evocative title doesn’t really prepare you for the two-character drama that plays out—-but in this case that makes for Good Theatre! After 80 minutes it turns out to have been a revelation of the black heart behind the All-American facade of a teen champion. It’s a Star Vehicle for two guys generations apart, fortunately cast with two Could-Be stars who don’t need the mounting missing from this modest production. They command attention with their craft, and I found myself wondering how much rehearsal time they invested to bring this to its present perfect peak. Seemed somewhat long but I can’t imagine cutting any of it!

An Excuse To Behave Badly

It's 2AM. It's Halloween. The bars are closed. The Uber is late. The creeps are out. But these women got this! Don't miss the Pay What You Can preview of this outrageous new comedy June 9th @2PM! Tickets for all other shows $10!

A BIT MUCH: A Solo Comedy

A LOL funny, insightful journey that illustrates how women can comfortably step into their own brand of strength and femininity without compromise. Spoiler alert: it's harder than it looks, but not impossible. June 8, 16, 27 at the Lounge Theatre.
