First of all, the title "Wolf" is a little misleading because it's not so much about werwolf, but more about predator VS prey. But anywho... the actors did an amazing job. I really believed that the older man was strange, almost dangerous, and I believed the young guy was a high school jock. But the story left lots of ambiguity... is the older gentleman a child molester? Was he molested himself? Where there homoerotic fantastic with either character that were potentially carried out? was something illegal or immoral done by either? Lots of questions to be answered, and gray areas. Left my mind unsettled wishing for clarity. However, it was very interesting. Simple set, 2 actors, roles well played. ... full review

Man is Wolf is an alarmingly truthful piece that illuminates our animalistic patterns kept integral beneath our social and moral responsibility. It shows these patterns turning to sexual violence that finds the wall cracks in humanity's deteriorating institutions and leaps. As the audience, we watch two individuals struggle to fortify their own convictions against the other's attack in the confines of a motel room sealed by an unforgiving winter storm. The tension is thick and drunk. It holds you hostage in your own inner turmoil and if you think you have none, it will find it for you.... full review

The oddly evocative title doesn't really prepare you for the two-character drama that plays out---but in this case that makes for Good Theatre! After 80 minutes it turns out to have been a revelation of the black heart behind the All-American facade of a teen champion. It's a Star Vehicle for two guys generations apart, fortunately cast with two Could-Be stars who don't need the mounting missing from this modest production. They command attention with their craft, and I found myself wondering how much rehearsal time they invested to bring this to its present perfect peak. Seemed somewhat long but I can't imagine cutting any of it!... full review

Wonderful show with deep character development and emotion. This is a true, classic play with no gimmicks like animation or music to try to make the audience feel something that's not there. This is just two actors at their finest. Every word rang true. A very powerful and moving experience.... full review

I loved this show! It was so well-written and directed. I was very hooked from the beginning till the end and didn’t know what to expect. The actors made the whole experience so real to me. At no point did it feel like this was play. I was 100 percent engaged, surprised and moved by what happens, transported to another place and time and at the edge of my seat. ... full review

what I really enjoyed about this play is it surprised me. I thought I knew where it was going, was curious as to how it would play out, and it went a completely different direction. That doesn't happen often. The play is well written and timely. It made me aware of and question some of my own preconceived notions. Go see it. It's well worth your time! ... full review

Thrilling, unpredictable, and important. I can’t recommend the production enough! Watching the story unfold was eerie, off-putting, and uncomfortable in all the best ways. I couldn’t look away. There were moments when the entire audience was squirming in their seats.... full review
