Review by BONNIE SLUDIKOFF

What I liked

What I didn't like

My overall impression

Beautiful performances by both actresses and a relatable and important topic. I think the general dialogue was well done, but if you continue to produce it after fringe, which I hope you do, I’d suggest a restructure- maybe a deviation from the linear storyline, or at least a big focus shift so that you tell the most interesting and important part of the story- to me this isn’t the story of two bffs and one gets sick- it’s the story of how the person who should’ve have rolled with the situation was the one who had to be picked up at the end. That’s a very serious reality I’ve heard from friends who have gone through major illnesses and I loved seeing it explored, but I felt like the show included that, but didn’t make it a big enough focus.
