Jonathan Cho has taken something ugly — Mickey Roony’s racist portrayl of Mr. Yunioshi in BREAKFAST AT TIFFANY’S — and has created something quite lovely out of it. Kudos to him for keeping it fun-spirited and light.... full review

This wonderfully multilayered comedy made me laugh, and then it made me want to cry because the subject matter hit me close to home as I am the mother of two CeltoKorean daughters who struggle with the subtle undertones (and not so subtle undertones) of racism in their daily lives and careers. The tongue in cheek humor was brilliantly rendered - a real Fringe delight. ... full review

Moving and fun, this show brought up a near-and-dear issue of appropriation and taking a look at the other side. This is exactly what "meta" is meant for! J. Elijah Cho takes a controversial piece of artistic history and fills it with compassion while still not condoning the facts. He got to the heart of the matter in a really fun way, proving that comedy can still punch you in the gut.... full review

THIS SHOW WAS THE BEST ONE-MAN SHOW that happened at this Fringe, hands down. If it does not win the Freak award for solo show, there is no justice to the awards in any fashion. People should vote for this show even if they haven't seen it. I promise you, it's that good.... full review

I was truly amazed by this play. I did not know much about this story but the play really took me in and Jonathan's performance was brilliant. I loved how he was able to talk about something quite sad and shocking in such a funny way.... full review

One of my favorite shows! A very smart, clever and thought provoking creation. The writing is superb and the performance absolutely outstanding. I sat with a big smile on my face the entire time, hanging onto every word and action. I love how Jonathan is shedding a light on the lack of diversity in the film industry in such clever way. It is also a brilliant Fuck You to that and then goes on to invite the industry to expand, whilst he has taken control and done that for himself by creating this show. Brilliant!... full review

Executives, writers, casting, directors, etc. all need to see this show. This is what Hollywood needs. During a time that being "Asian" is suddenly the Hollywood "it" thing, we need to take a trip down memory lane to see why so much damage has already been done. "Mr. Yunioshi" a huge step forward toward new opportunities.... full review
