Casey Lee Hurt

Casey Lee Hurt is an award winning songwriter, composer and lyricist best known for his work as creator and music director of the musical “The Unfortunates”. According to the SF Chronicle, Casey Lee’s music “grabs hold and lifts your spirits ever higher. [These] songs strike the ear as instantly familiar and part of the fabric of American life.” 
Casey Lee’s television and film career include composing and recording music for Criminal Minds, Pretty Little Liars and One Tree Hill. He was awarded with the INSC International Songwriting Competition award for Best Blues Song “Sin Perfume”. 
Casey Lee is currently working with New York playwright Lucy Thurber on “Revival”, a new musical commissioned by The American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco.
